If a product offered by printcut.in is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Product Availability Clause
printcut.in makes reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered Products in accordance with the agreement. However, if for any reason the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavor to inform you within 48 hours and provide an estimated restock date. In the event of no stock availability, printcut.in reserves the authority to cancel the order and refund the amount per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation by printcut.in

If your order is cancelled, any money paid will be refunded to your account once the cancellation is processed and approved by us. If your credit/debit/cash card has been charged for a cancelled order, the said amount will be reversed back to your card account.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
printcut.in reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers' fees from persons using the website/mobile apps fraudulently. printcut.in also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website/mobile apps and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
